The Center for Reflective Leadership provides learning, leadership, and organization development consulting and training services, as well as executive leadership, team, and group coaching, to catalyze personal and organizational transformation. I use a consultative training and organization development needs assessment approach and partner with key stakeholders to assess skill, knowledge, and competency levels and identify gaps. I make recommendations about how to bridge the gap between “what is” and “what needs to be.”
I custom-design, develop, and deliver bespoke learning and organization development programs and innovative experiential learning solutions, including leadership, manager, and soft skills development workshops. I create learning experiences in workshops, coaching sessions, meetings, and team building and strategy development off-sites that transfer back to the work environment, resulting in desired behavioral change, mindset shift, greater work effectiveness, and improved personal and team performance.
My programs inspire and challenge participants to think differently and help them narrow their skill, knowledge, and competency gaps. I facilitate learning, as well as personal and professional development, through building awareness, identifying growth areas, planning and goal setting, designing action plans, tracking progress, and managing accountability. I combine cutting-edge content from the latest research with innovative instructional design and highly interactive facilitation.
