As the President of the Center for Reflective Leadership and an ICF Master Certified, and EMCC/Senior Practitioner accredited, Executive Leadership, Team, and Group Coach and Talent, Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development Leader, I bring over 20 years of cross-industry experiences, 4K+ individual and 200+ team and group coaching hours, 800+ facilitated workshops, a global perspective, and a powerful combination of expertise in executive, leadership, and manager development, assessments, learning strategy development and implementation, and workshop design and facilitation.

My work centers on catalyzing transformation at the individual, team, and organizational levels. I support executives, people leaders, and individual contributors in developing the necessary skills to become more effective leaders and team members, unlock their potential, enhance their well-being and fulfillment, and thrive while aligning with organizational objectives and driving business results.

I am passionate about developing people and described as an empathic, direct communicator with a light-spirited sense of humor who is able to both provide and receive immediate, targeted feedback. I am known for my perceptive and supportive coaching style, combining curiosity, transformational listening, and a commitment to my clients’ potential, values, and ambitions. I create high-impact learning experiences in coaching sessions and workshops that transfer back to my clients’ work and personal lives, resulting in the desired mindset shift, behavioral change, enhanced work effectiveness, and improved performance.

I have the privilege of coaching and consulting for Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of sectors, including IT, finance, ad/fin tech, oil/gas, biotech, pharma, hospitals, healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, architecture, insurance, accounting, military, publishing, telecommunications, travel, retail, non-profit, and higher education.

My background also includes Talent, Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development leadership roles in the architecture, healthcare, and higher education sectors, as well as working for the United Nations. I have also held academic positions as a tenured Assistant Professor and Adjunct Instructor, teaching leadership skills to students in engineering, IT, biochemistry, and architecture. For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to developing, training, and coaching professionals in STEM fields – a pursuit that continues to be deeply meaningful and rewarding.

I am a dynamic team and workshop facilitator with international classroom and online delivery experience for diverse cross-cultural and cross-functional audiences. I also custom-design engaging leadership development and manager training programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives, drive business results, and engage employees.
